Last week in Rochester, five DECA students participated in an exhilarating competition and conference that brought together some of the brightest minds in business and marketing from across New York State. Our five talented students showcased their skills in challenging Business Management and Marketing Role Play scenarios, where they were evaluated by professionals and successful entrepreneurs from in and around the Rochester region.
We're proud to announce that Gem Marquez and Richard Maravilla achieved outstanding recognition, earning top 10 awards in their respective categories. Additionally, Yahir Argueta demonstrated exceptional mastery, securing 3rd place Overall in the State competition for his outstanding performance in Human Resources Management Role Play. Yahir's remarkable achievement has qualified him to represent our school at the prestigious International Career DECA Conference, where he will compete against students nationwide.
